Services

I provide therapy services to adult clients (ages 20+) who reside Pennsylvania and Delaware. All of my sessions are currently conducted online.

My work is informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of therapy. IFS is a trauma-informed therapy that acknowledges and welcomes all parts of you: parts that are hurting, parts that are stuck, parts that are struggling. All of these parts all have strengths, and their intentions for you are good. It’s how they use their strengths that sometimes makes things challenging (e.g., sad parts keeping you mired in grief so that you don’t forget an important person, indecisive parts that keep you from making a decision because they don’t want you to get it wrong). These parts are doing the best that they can, though sometimes their best doesn’t look or feel especially good to you. By welcoming each of these parts in and by working to understand and support them, we begin to grow, to heal, and to thrive.

For more on IFS, visit the IFS Institute, or try the video What is IFS Therapy? by Dr. Tori Olds.

My rate for individual clients is $160/60-minute session.

I do not accept insurance, so I am considered an out-of-network provider. Your insurance benefits may include coverage for out-of-network providers; you may also have a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) that you can use to pay for therapy services. I recommend checking your benefits prior to beginning therapy to verify what might be covered for you. If you do have out-of-network benefits, I am glad to provide you with a superbill (i.e., a receipt for services received) for you to submit for reimbursement.
