I am a Level-2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I live in Wilmington, DE, and I work online with clients located throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.

My therapy work focuses on helping clients to heal traumatic wounds so that they can experience more openness and joy internally and by extension, in their relationships with others and the world around them. I work with clients navigating a range of issues, such as major life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, grief and loss, as well as the powerful feelings that accompany these experiences, including heavy sadness/depression, loneliness, shame and guilt, and intense worry/anxiety. I have great confidence and trust in your ability to heal, and I consider it an honor and a privilege to be part of your healing.
